Approval before every send
Drafts stay drafts until you confirm. That applies to emails, quotes, invoices and payment reminders.
Strict number checks
Amounts, dates, times and IBANs are compared with your input after every draft. Anything that differs is marked in red.
Warning on changed IBAN
If a supplier suddenly sends new bank details, Satas shows a warning. An IBAN is only accepted if its check digits are valid.
Roles and permissions
Staff only see their projects and appointments. Money and the company mailbox stay with boss and office. Personal mailboxes are visible only to their owner.
Nothing goes out without your tick.
Speak your reply into your phone. Satas turns it into a proper business email and checks amount, date and time against what you said. It is only sent after you approve, from your own mailbox.
Where your data lives
- Data centre in Frankfurt am Main. The app and its database run in the EU.
- Encrypted access. With Google and Microsoft you sign in directly with them; Satas only receives an access token. All credentials are stored encrypted.
- Invitations without passwords. Staff get a one-time link that expires after 7 days.
- Your data is yours. Export quotes and invoices as PDF at any time, including for 30 days after cancelling.
What the AI does and does not do
- It suggests. Summaries, reply drafts and quote items are created with AI models from Anthropic (Claude).
- It does not decide. Nothing is sent, booked or paid without your approval.
- Fixed wording where it matters. Reminder stages and mandatory invoice details come from fixed templates, not from the AI.
- E-invoices without guessing. XRechnung and ZUGFeRD are read directly. Only for paper or PDF does the AI help, and it flags uncertain values.
