Quote in the morning, invoice in the evening
- A draft from the enquiry. Satas reads the customer email and creates line items. You adjust quantities and prices.
- Online acceptance. The customer gets a link, sees the PDF and accepts with name and tick.
- Partial and final invoices. One click turns an accepted quote into invoices. Paid instalments are deducted.
- E-invoicing included. PDF with embedded ZUGFeRD data. Satas reads incoming XRechnung and ZUGFeRD files directly.
- Snap receipts. Take a photo of a receipt, Satas reads amount, date and vendor.

Team calendar
Who is with which customer and when
- One calendar for everyone. Month, week, day or list. Everyone has their own colour.
- Appointments from emails. If a customer writes “Tuesday at 9”, Satas suggests the appointment.
- Scheduled means informed. Whoever is assigned to an appointment gets a message on their phone.
- Your calendar stays. Google, Outlook or iCloud are connected and shown alongside.

Money at a glance
Know what is open and what is due soon
- Incoming invoices with deadlines. Due dates and discounts are detected. You see until when paying early pays off.
- Pay by GiroCode. Scan the QR code with your banking app, every field is filled in.
- Warning on a new IBAN. If a supplier suddenly changes their bank details, Satas raises the alarm. That protects you from a well-known scam.
- Payment reminder as a draft. If a customer does not pay, a polite reminder is ready. It is only sent after you approve.

Start alone, grow with a team
- Solo or team. Choose the mode during setup. You can add a team at any time.
- Clear roles. Boss and office see everything, including money. Staff only see their projects, customers and appointments.
- Invite by link. No password sharing. The link can also be sent via WhatsApp.
- A mailbox per person. A company mailbox for everyone, personal mailboxes only for their owners.

In your language
You work in your language. Your customer receives German.
